Kicking off your coaching in early September 2025, the program starts with personalised, one-on-one leadership coaching sessions, arranged to suit your busy schedule. 

On completion of your personalised coaching, the 3-day Executive Retreat will take place from 11th-14th November 2025 at The Sanctuary, Benahavis, Marbella, Spain.

The program cost includes personalised executive coaching sessions, expert facilitators, program materials and resources, daily meals and wellness activities, as well as hotel and airport transfers. Note that flights or any other incidentals are not included in the cost. 

Investment starts at £3,850 GBP (€4,500 EUR) pp sharing. Payment plans available with deposit from only £500 GBP (€500 EUR).

This exclusive online rate is based on a shared bedroom, and unless otherwise requested, males and females will be separated (i.e.:females will strictly share with other females etc.)

Should you wish to have your own room, please advise at the time of booking. Platinum packages are available at an increased rate to include own suite.
