From personalised executive coaching sessions to a transformative three-day immersive Retreat in stunning Marbella, Spain, you’ll embark on a journey unlike any other.

Upon completing your one-on-one coaching sessions, you join an exclusive executive group at our luxurious five-star resort in Marbella, Spain from 11th November 2025. 

Airport transfers from Malaga airport will be arranged for 2pm to bring you to the Sanctuary, along with a select cohort of other executives who have also completed their one to one sessions in the weeks prior. 

Once at the Sanctuary, you will unlock your potential to lead with confidence, clarity and purpose as you engage in carefully curated activities designed to enhance your leadership learning, cultivate meaningful connections, and return home the morning of 14th November 2025 with a renewed sense of direction and clarity.  

Many clients come to us seeking a little extra support such as a new Executive Resume, LinkedIn Review, etc.

Please speak to us in advance of the Retreat as most of this can be provided at no extra charge during your one-on-one coaching sessions. 

Prices start at £3,850 GBP (€4,500 EUR) pp sharing a bedroom. Unless otherwise requested, males and females will be separated / grouped together in suites (i.e.:females will strictly share with other females etc.)

The program cost includes one to one executive coaching sessions, expert facilitators, program materials and resources, daily meals and wellness activities, as well as hotel and airport transfers. Note that flights or any other incidentals are not included in the cost. 

Should you wish to have a bedroom to yourself, please let us know when booking - we will always try to facilitate where possible. Please note that private bedroom suites for Platinum packages will incur additional fees. 

Healthy gourmet meals will be provided each day, including a day trip to Sonora Beach Club, where lunch will be provided. 

Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan and Vegetarian diets can be catered for.

Unfortunately we cannot cater for Kosher or Halal meals, however if you are restricted by diet and would like to organise with your local Chabad or Mosque/Halal Restaurant, we are happy to facilitate your food delivered to you on location each day. A small surcharge may apply in this case.
